Newey & Bloomer take great pride in the design and craftsmanship of all its products. We seek to use only the finest materials and the highest manufacturing standards. Please note that all our kettles are handmade from natural raw materials and minor imperfections contribute to the individuality of each kettle and not considered a manufacturing defect.

In the unlikely event that a Newey and Bloomer product does not match up to our high standards we will try our hardest to address the problem. Our kettles carry a 12-month guarantee. If within this period you find fault with your product, we offer a repair or replacement service.

This warranty covers manufacturing issues only and does not cover such things as user error where you have boiled a kettle dry, dropped it, or damaged the kettle in some other way. We are not responsible for your clumsiness or mindlessness.
